Kilikanoon "Killermans Run" Clare Valley Shiraz 2013

90+ Our Score
93 James Halliday
90 Vinous, Josh Raynolds
(3/2016) "Deep ruby. Fresh, perfumed scents of ripe dark berries, violet and cola, with a peppery nuance adding vivacity. Smooth and broad on entry, then more taut in the middle, offering sweet blackberry and cherry flavors and a building touch of vanilla. Generous, supple Shiraz with solid finishing punch and gentle tannins sneaking in late to add grip."

Clos Henri "Petite Clos" Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2014

A certified organic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc from one of Sancerre's top producers!
89 Wine Spectator
90 Our Score
(1/2015) Clos Henri is owned by the Bourgeois family in Sancerre who purchased the estate with the goal of producing New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with a Loire Valley flair. With this new release, that's exactly what you get! Made from high density, young vine fruit, the 2014 Petit Clos is almost Pouilly-Fume-like in style with smoke, lemon and mineral leading the way. The fruit is ripe, with hints of passion fruit to remind you of the origin of the wine. This is a terrific Sauvignon Blanc.

Andrew Murray "Tous les Jours" Santa Ynez Valley Syrah 2014

92 Wine Enthusiast
91 Our Score
(10/2015) Could this be even bigger and fleshier than the awesome 2013 Tous les Jours? You betcha! Deep inky in color with a big, spicy, pepper-laden nose. After a few swirls blueberry and blackberry aromas begin to emerge and carry through as the dominant flavors on the palate. Offering big backbone, cleansing acidity, great balance and tremendous length, there is no better Syrah in the price category.

Heinrich Burgenland Red 2013

90 Our Score
(7/2016) Drive two hours due south from Vienna and you'll find yourself in Burgenland, the Austrian wine region known for dessert wines and distinctive reds such as this bottling from Heinrich. A blend of 50% Zweigelt, 40% Blaufrankish and 10% Saint Laurent, this earthy, peppery, red fruited wine tastes like a good Côtes-du-Rhône with quite a pleasant Austrian character. Enjoy this delightful red by itself, with a slight chill, or try with roast chicken or even schnitzel!

Jorge Ordonez Victoria #2 2014

95 Wine Advocate
(11/29/2015) "An absolutely amazing, decadent, luxurious sweet wine, made from 100% Moscatel de Alexandria, the 2014 Botani Victoria #2 comes from the estate's oldest 50-year-old vines and, according to Jorge Ordoñez, it takes 17 pounds of grapes to make one 375-milliliter bottle of this elixir. Truly great stuff, it has loads of honeysuckle, caramelized tropical fruits, hints of maple syrup and brown sugar. The wine is rich, fragrant with plenty of flowery notes intermixed with wet pebble-like minerality. It is full-bodied and unctuously textured, but has enough acidity to balance the sweet, rich texture. Drink it over the next 3-4 years."

Beckmen Vineyards "Cuvee Le Bec" Santa Ynez Valley Red Blend 2014

90 Vinous, Antonio Galloni
90 Wine Advocate
(8/30/2016) "Leading off the reds and Californias take on a quality Cotes du Rhône, the peppery, black and blue fruits and floral-scented 2014 Cuvee le Bec is plump, medium to full-bodied, rounded and beautifully textured on the palate. Drink it over the coming 2-4 years. Note, the blend here is 50% Syrah, 35% Grenache, 8% Mourvèdre and 7% Counoise, which spent 16 months in neutral oak barrels."

Arboleda Aconcagua Costa Chardonnay 2015

90+ Our Score
93 James Suckling
95 Decanter
(2016) "World Wine Awards - Elegant nose, understated, with spicy notes of clove, cinnamon and fresh toast. Then the wine emerges in the glass, layered, vigorous, with harmonious flinty, salty, citrusy and almondy character. It is profound, savourysweet in that way really good Chardonnay can be. An impressive wine with a tremendous energy."

Domaine La Remejeanne "Les Chevrefeuilles" Cotes du Rhone Rouge 2012

90 Our Score
(12/2014) A richly structured blend of 70% Syrah and 10% each Grenache, Carignan and Marselan. Bold Syrah flavors of red and black berries dominate on the palate along with a peppery spice. Good acidity and a sub-14% alcohol level make this a classic Cotes-du-Rhone.
