Billecart-Salmon Brut Rose Champagne NV

92 Wine Spectator
95 James Suckling
(10/7/2014) "This is clearly one of my favorite rosé Champagnes out there. I love the freshness and clarity in the wine, from its light pink color to crisp acidity and minerally, chalky character on the finish. It's full-bodied and dense yet agile with amazing length and beauty. Refreshing and vibrant. As it warms, it gives you delicate pinot noir character like Aloxe-Corton or another excellent appellation. Drink now."

Pierre Paillard Grand Cru Brut Rose Champagne NV

93 Our Score
93 Wine & Spirits
(12/2015) "The Paillards blend this wine from chardonnay (70 percent) and pinot noir (30 percent); the color comes from Bouzy rouge (six percent of the overall blend) from 45-year-old vines. That also lends the wine an essence of red fruit, gentle scents of raspberries and strawberries that last. As succulent, creamy and cushioned as this wine may be, it has clarity and drive."

Paul Dethune Rose Brut Grand Cru NV

93 Our Score
This lovely Rose shows a brilliant pink core, with streaks of garnet and magenta. On the nose, cranberry, raspberry and cherry notes are followed by a white mineral tone. The complexity is impressive, but the deliciousness is forward and accessible. A very high quality grower Rose Champagne.

Philipe Glavier "Idylle Celeste" Grand Cru Champagne Brut Rose NV

93+ Our Score
(11/2015) Disgorged March of 2014. From the Grand Cru village of Cramant, this pink Champagne is a blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. It is based on the 2012 vintage along with small amounts of 2011 and 2010. The style is dry, with only 6 grams of sugar per liter, but it is generous and rich in the mouth. Long and fleshed out, this is one of the better sub-$50 grower Champagnes you're going to find. Only 125 cases produced.

93+ Our Score
Offering a complete and true Grand Cru experience, this is a deliciously dry blend of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir based on the 2012 vintage. In the glass it displays a deep pink color, revealing vibrant, fine beads that stream quickly to the top of the rim. Henri Billiot Grand Cru Brut Rose NV

94 Our Score
(11/2016) Disgorged July 2016. Is this the best bottling yet of this cuvée? Yes! Made of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, all from the Grand Cru Village of Ambonnay, Billiot's Rose has moved past the challenge of the 2011 vintage, with '12 and '13 providing the base for this offering. According to importer Terry Theise, Laetitia Billiot is now positioned to make truly stellar Champagnes, and she has done just that with this wine. This pink beauty is brighter and fresher than it has been in past years, giving tangy raspberry and strawberry fruits, yet is still a wine of depth and weight. Made by the addition of still red wine, this will be one of our favorite Roses this year.

Bruno Michel "Cuvee Rose" Brut Champagne NV

93 Our Score
(12/2016) This is a stunning value for Rose Champagne! The nose exhibits tart cranberry, pomegranate, orange creme and a wisp of spice. Those same flavors show up on the crisp, dry palate with the addition of raspberry and nougat. The finish is incredibly long and has a surprising bit of complexity that makes you want to dive right back in for another sip. Do not miss this grower Champagne!

Domaine Le Galantin Bandol Rose 2015

What is better than a delicious bottle of rose on a nice day? How about a magnum!
89 Our Score
(4/2017) This delicious bottling from Domaine Le Galantin comes from Bandol, the premier appellation for rose production in Provence. Winemaker Celine Pascale took over winemaking duties from her father who started the winery and continues to practice organic farming methods and traditional production. It is a refreshing blend of Mourvedre, Grenache, and Cinsault that brings a light appearance but packs a punch. A generous palate shows zippy blood orange, juicy red berries and candied fruits while finishing crisp and dry. Pop this on the patio with a dozen oysters and some friends!

Domaine Lafage "Miraflors" Cotes du Roussillon Rose 2016

90 Our Score
91 Wine Advocate
(4/28/2017) "Light in color, yet not in flavor, the 2016 Côtes du Roussillon Miraflors Rose (60% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre and 10% Carignan) offers terrific notes of white cherries, strawberries and rose petals in a medium-bodied, layered, impeccably balanced style that's just hard to resist. It doesn't have the chiseled feel of the Grande Cuvee, but it offers just as much pleasure."
