Neyers "Vista Luna" Borden Ranch Zinfandel 2014

91 Our Score
(10/2015) This delicious Zin from Borden Ranch, a sub AVA of Lodi, is totally fresh and totally fun to drink. Bursting with ripe blackberry jam, fresh cracked black pepper and oak-driven flavors of vanilla and mocha, the palate is soft and concentrated with a long, tasty finish. A perfect red for those beautifully crisp Chicago evenings.

Michael David "Freakshow" Lodi Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

90 Our Score
91 Wine Enthusiast
(8/2016) "This wine is a bold but well-mannered blockbuster that serves generous helpings of dark color, spicy aromas, concentrated flavors and a luxurious dry texture. It needs full-flavored, rich food to accompany it, and will deliver a lot of pleasure under those circumstances. Best to drink now through 2020."

Klinker Brick "Old Vine" Lodi Zinfandel 2013

90 Our Score
(4/2016) Owned by 5th generation Lodi farmers Steve and Lori Felten, Klinker Brick is a serious value; you've got to love the old vine fruit concentration of this Zin! Their "Old Vine" cuvee comes from vines that average over 85 years of age. If these vines were in Dry Creek, this would be a $20+ Zin! Offering delicious, jammy, soft, red berry goodness, this is real, old school California Zin. Fire up the grill!

92 Wine Enthusiast
(12/31/2016) "The blend of sweet-seeming oak and bold, ripe fruit flavors is irresistible in this big and satisfying wine. The aromas are like vanilla, chocolate and black pepper, while flavors bring on blackberry jam, espresso and dark chocolate for volume and complexity on the palate."

Michael David "7 Deadly Zins" Old Vine Lodi Zinfandel 2013

90 Wine Advocate
(8/2015) "A softer, more lush and voluptuous texture can be found in the 2013 7 Deadly Zins, which is also 100% Zinfandel from Lodi. The production here is 280,000 cases! To produce such a high-volume wine of this quality is pretty remarkable winemaking. Loads of ripeness, fruit, glycerin and medium to full-bodied silky mouthfeel make for a delicious effort. Drink it now-2017."

Thomas Henry Lodi Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

89 Our Score
(4/2017) Few Cabernets in this price category offer as much complexity as this release from Thomas Henry. Aromas of dried cherry, black currant and tobacco lead to a medium-full body with blackberry and black currant flavors coming through on the palate. Finishes long and clean. This is a real crowd pleaser that drinks like it's twice the price.

Tierra Divina "Reds" Lodi Red Blend 2013

88+ Our Score
(4/2016) Our good friend Patrick Campbell has once again CRUSHED it with his true American red wine value, "Reds". This tasty blend is sourced from seriously old vines, including 80-year old Zin, 50-year old Petite Sirah and 130-year old Carignane! Dense red and black fruit flavors dominate on this youthful, surprisingly serious red wine. It's hard to believe it's under 10 bucks!
