Arrowood Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

First vintage of this Knights Valley bottling from Arrowood and it's a winner.
91 Vinous, Antonio Galloni
(1/2016) "The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon (Knights Valley), all Knights Valley fruit in this vintage, is superb. Raspberry jam, spice, scorched earth, rose petal, cloves and new leather are some of the signatures. Knights Valley is often noted for Graves-like sense of gravel-infused minerality, naturally allied to a California expression of fruit. That is exactly what readers will find in the 2013. Drinking window: 2017 - 2027."

Beringer "Knights Valley" Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

At his reference price of $34, Antonio Galloni doesn't think this bottling is as great a value as it once was. He needs to check-out our incredible, 35% lower price, and so do you!
90 Vinous, Antonio Galloni
(10/2015) "The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Knights Valley is terrific, although not quite the screaming value it once was. Sweet red cherry, pomegranate, spices, mint and gravel meld into the voluptuous, racy finish. There are plenty of Knights Valley signatures in this succulent, deeply expressive Cabernet from Beringer. Drinking window: 2015 - 2020."

Bench Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2014

90 Our Score
(8/2016) Recently promoted to the prestigious Knights Valley AVA, this 2014 bottling from Brack Mountain is a light and lively Cabernet. At less than 14% alcohol, it is incredibly fun and approachable - perfect for when you just have to have a Cab on a hot summer night! A slightly floral nose with a hint of cassis gives way to dusty tannins and an energetic body laced with notes of vanilla, cocoa, dark mountain berries and "sous bois". With a $17.99 Vin Chicago price, this is truly a can't-miss Cabernet!
