Domaine de la Pepiere "Monnieres Saint-Fiacre" Muscadet Sevre et Maine 2013

93-94 Wine Advocate
(5/2014) "I had the deep and profund 2013 Monnières Saint Fiacre as a sample from the concrete egg. It is a rich, complex, and impressively persistent Muscadet with tropical flavors and floral aromas on the nose and a terrifically fresh citrus taste and a deep mineral structure. I can't wait to taste this wine when bottled again, although this won't be the case before summer 2016. Until then, this will remain on its lees and gain further complexity."

Domaine de la Pepiere "Granite de Clisson" Muscadet Sevre et Maine 2013

91 Vinous, David Schildknecht
(5/2017) "Bottled after two years on the lees, this leads with intimations of the profound mineral character delivered on a polished, subtly citric palate: stone, alkali, iodine and peat-like smokiness. Mouth-coating and mouthwatering persistence is joined to consummate refreshment. This represents an impressive accomplishment for its vintage (in which Branger and Ollivier elected to declassify the corresponding Château-Thébaud)."

Domaine de la Pepiere "Clos des Briords - Cuvee Vieilles Vignes" Sur Lie Muscadet Sevre-et-Maine 2015

90 Vinous, David Schildknecht
(5/2017) "Mossy, wet stone and alkaline notes on the nose convey a greater sense of maturation than I would have expected. But there is ample primary juiciness of apple and lime, and even with a lusher feel than one usually anticipates from Muscadet, there is more than enough cut and vivacity. The finish is invigorating, consummately refreshing, and transparent to a shimmering display of mineral nuances."
