We offer three options for you to take delivery of your wine!
This is the easiest method. When you are checking out, select the store location that is most convenient for you. If you place an order during business hours, expect to receive an email from us in about an hour to let you know when your wine will be ready. (Most orders are ready for pick-up next day, while some may take as long as a few days if we need to fill your order from multiple stores.) We find that most people prefer to pick their wine up on a Saturday so that they can partake in our new arrival tasting that we hold between noon and 4:00 each Saturday.
For orders of $100 or more, we offer local delivery throughout most of the Chicago area for a flat rate of $15. Enter your zip code to see if we deliver to your location:
Once we receive your order, we will contact you via phone to arrange for a delivery time. If everything that you have ordered is in stock at the store nearest to you, we can usually arrange for delivery the following day. If your order needs to be filled from multiple stores, then it may take a few days to get everything ready for delivery. Since we are delivering an alcoholic beverage, there are a few requirements to keep in mind:
- An adult of at least 21 years of age must be present to receive and sign for the order.
- Our driver will ask to see the driver's license of whoever is signing for the wine in order to record their birthdate and verify that they are at least 21 years old. We require them to see a driver's license whether you appear to be 22 or 92 years old. It is only by checking everyone's ID that we can ensure that we do not ever make a delivery to someone who is not of the legal drinking age. Please bear with us!
We will ask you to give us a three hour delivery window between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm on Monday through Friday. We're happy to work with you to find a convenient delivery time – whether it is at your home, at your place of business or with your building's doorman.

If you live outside of our local delivery area, we are happy to arrange for your wines to be delivered via UPS. Currently we only deliver within the state of Illinois. Click below to see our shipping rates, all of which include UPS ground shipping as well as UPS approved packaging. Please note that we are unable to ship to a PO box, and that UPS will require a 21+ signature when they deliver your wine.
We are currently focusing all of our efforts on the Chicago area and the rest of Illinois. If you live in the Midwest or occasionally visit Chicago, we are happy to hold your wine until you are able to pick it up. At this time, we do not ship out of state.
