"Tre Bicchieri" - Gambero Rosso
91 Wine Advocate (12/30/2016) "The 2013 Chianti Classico Riserva is a lovely and balanced wine that offers a crisp and elegantly streamlined taste of organically-grown Sangiovese. This is a versatile and food friendly wine that shows the best of the Radda in Chianti subzone (with high altitude freshness and acidity)."
93 James Suckling (8/22/2016) "Very perfumed and vivid on the nose. Equally so on the palate with a medium body, integrated tannins and a long and linear finish. Very polished and silky. Drink now."
92+ Our Score (8/2017)
92 Vinous, Antonio Galloni (10/2016) "Succulent dark cherry, plum, lavender, menthol and French oak are very nicely delineated in the 2013 Chianti Classico Riserva. There is lovely depth and juiciness to the fruit, but the Riserva remains very much medium in body. A wine of restraint and polish, the 2013 Riserva is superimpressive today. Drink it over the next 10-15 years. Drinking window: 2016 - 2028."

Our store is on Old Skokie Road which is the frontage road on the west side of Rt. 41. We are 400 yards south of Deerfield Rd/Central Avenue. If you know where Williams Ski & Patio or Rick's Auto Body are located, we're on the same street; just about a few hundred yards to the south. If you are not familiar with the area, best to use GPS or some online directions because our store is a bit tricky to find!

We're on Elston Avenue, just off of the Kennedy Expressway (I-90/94). Take the North Avenue exit and head east. Elston Avenue is the first stoplight that you'll come to. Turn left on Elston and drive for just over a quarter mile. We'll be on the left side of the road just after the rail overpass. Parking is on-street, right in front of the store!
