Grown in warm and sandy seaside vineyards along the rugged and rocky coast of Sardinia, the 2021 Sella & Mosca Cannonau Riserva is a classic from this Mediterranean island.
Briefly aged in large cask, this lovely red is drinking great. Look for dark red raspberry and black cherry fruit layered with spices, dried red flower petals, and warm rocky earth. The palate is medium to full with soft, well integrated tannins and a long peppery finish that sings of old world charm. If you love traditional Côtes du Rhône, this one is a slam dunk!
