4/8 - Wine Dinner with Ryan Hill at D&J Bistro!

Join us on Tuesday, April 8th as we welcome Ryan Hill of Napa's Hill Family Estate to D&J Bistro in Lake Zurich for a night of Cali classics and fantastic French fusion faire! After four decades of selling all their grapes to the likes of Silver Oak, Far Niente, Ramey and Duckhorn, the Hill family carved a new path with their best grapes to great acclaim, crafting a Vin Chicago fave! They farm 120 acres across Napa Valley, with significant holdings in Atlas Peak, Carneros and Oak Knoll. Ryan visited us a decade ago and left an indelible mark. He'll tell you his family's story through a paired five course dinner!
