An Evening of Innovative Spanish Wines and Delicious Spanish Food!

Do you have dinner plans yet for this upcoming Tuesday? If not, we have you covered! Vin Chicago will be taking over Jaleo, the latest project of Chef/Humanitarian José Andrés. We'll be pairing his modern day Spanish cuisine with a delicious array of new-to-the-US-market wines of San Pelayo Imports. The food of Jaleo will be paired with eight innovative bottlings from the regions of Rioja, Ribeiro and Ribeiro Sacra, most of which are being presented in the US market for the very first time! It will be a great opportunity to explore the cutting edge of Spanish food and wine and - equally importantly - it promises to be a really fun night.
