Dinner at D&J Bistro with Bouchaine!

On Thursday, May 18, we welcome Scott Stowe of Napa Valley's Bouchaine Vineyards. Scott will present a selection of new releases along with two wines that are not normally available. Chef Masato will begin the evening with passed appetizers, conclude it with an assortment of cheeses, and fill the middle with three main courses, Salmon en CroÅ«te, Grilled Merguez à la Provençale and Grilled Wild Pheasant Breast. It promises to be a fun night!
