Vin Chicago: 90 Points

(11/2025) This is a screaming value from Antonio Madeira, one of the leaders of the natural wine movement in the Dão region of Portugal. This is a field blend of biodynamically grown white varietals, focusing on Bical, Encruzado, and Sercial. This reminds us very much of a Loire Valley Chenin Blanc that sees a bit of skin contact. There's luscious, creamy reduction on the nose and bright acidity on the palate with notes of peach, green apple, and mandarin orange. Insane wine for this price!
