What We Think

One of our favorite Nuits-Saint-Georges bottlings of the last five years came from this vineyard, located near the northern end of the commune at around 275 meters elevation. With gravel, clay and limestone soils, Les Bousselots is one of the most over-performing vineyards in NSG. From the Chevillon’s 0.65-hectare parcel, this one sees roughly 30% new wood. Very special. Very limited.
