(9/1/2021) This Pinot starts off plush, fruity and relatively rich, with red fruit, mealy oak, baking spice and floral notes. It's saved by the palate that is unexpectedly elegant, lifted and fresh, wound by spicy, chalky tannins that have muscle but never take over. Red berry and spice flavors flow gracefully to the finish.
