(10/1/2023) Cue Katrina and the Waves as this wine is like walking on sunshine. It starts with fresh aromas of Honeycrisp apples, honeycomb and lemon. The wine's nectarine and white peach flavors are juicy, with traces of basil and saline. Great acidity will light up your palate like a pinball machine.

(12/2023) Elk Cove’s second-label gris is surprisingly complex and fragrant in 2022. Its scents range from cracked wheat and white cherry to golden apple. The texture is emollient but also grainy, a richness leavened by minerals.
