(5/1/2025) These bubbles are fresh and zesty, with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, apricot, and orange creamsicle and notes of blood orange zest on the nose. There are creamy, super firm, tiny bubbles in the mid-palate. The flavors of Pink grapefruit and guava overtake the mouthfeel. The massive acidity, saline, and mouth-watering finish make one want to eat and drink more.
