Grown at 450m in the province of Avelino in Campania, this 100% Falanghina is from the winery's estate vineyards planted to the sandy volcanic soils of this lovely southern Italian region. Fans of Albarino, Pinot Grigio, and Loire Sauvignon Blanc will quickly fall for the pure clean flavors of sliced green apple, lemon, and orange zest complemented by fresh white flowers, peach blossom and honeysuckle with racy acidity and underlying minerality that finishes with a hint of salty sea spray. Drink this with any and all seafood dishes, or enjoy as an aperitif while cooking!
