This bottling comes from organic and sustainably farmed vines, primarily in Overberg, and fermented using roughly 50% whole cluster, with wild yeasts and minimal sulfur inclusion. With a bit of grip, this Pinot looks and drinks softly, with taut red berry fruit, mushroom, dried organic earth and lifted freshness - tasty, authentic Pinot Noir.
