Aged sur lie in neutral ex-Meursault barrles for seven months enhances the texture of this otherwise svelte, blocked-malo, cool climate Chardonnay. Understated, we admired its neutral profile of fresh white pear, honeydew, white peach, chamomile and subtle herbs.
