(11/2025) We've been big fans of Hebrart for many years, but this is the first time we've bought their BdB! 100% Chardonnay from the 1er Cru Village of Mareuil, plus some Grand Cru juice from Chouilly, this densely deep bubbly was disgorged April of '24. Jean-Paul Hébrart keeps gettig better, evidenced by this super leesy, highly pitched bottliing - look for red and yellow fruits, biscuit, grippy chalk, a plump texture and super yummy finish.
