(6/2025) The Genet brothers call the Cotes de Blancs home, and this organically-certified 100% Chardonnay-based Champagne is exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards around the village of Chouilly. This flaghship non-vintage bottling rests on its lees for at least 36-months before being finished with an 8 g/l dosage which is well-hidden beneath its substantial verve. Notes of lemon, crisp yellow apple intertwine with toasty bread, salted pomelo and loads of tell-tale chalkiness aboard a long clean finish. Huge price-to-performance for a Grand Cru Blanc de Blanc here!
