(3/31/2023) A lean Dundee Hills Chardonnay is done with a combination of oak, steel and concrete fermentation. Aromatics of lemon zest, along with wet stone, apple blossom and cut peach, lead to a fresh and lively palate. Flavours of lemon creme, wet stone and Kaffir lime, this is a lean and zesty Chardonnay, perhaps a marker of the cooler, longer growing season. Drinking Window: 2023 - 2028.
