Distiller's Notes

Made by hand in small batches, award-winning Chopin Rye Vodka macerates on orange peels for nearly 4 months in large clay pots. It is then meticulously blended with artesian well water before bottling. The resulting nose is warm with intense orange zest followed by candied orange fruit and flamed orange peel. On the palate it's sweet, silky smooth and warming with citrus, orange peel, blood orange and clove. Medium length finish that is slightly tart and spicy.
