(8/2024) Brothers Adrien and Guillaume Pire have crafted yet another masterpiece with the 2020 vintage of Eolithe, a blend of 99% Cabernet Franc and 1% Cabernet Sauvignon from a site where vines have existed for over 800 years! Coming from the hot 2020 vintage, this wine shows fabulous richness and purity while only clocking in at 12.5% alcohol with ripe tannins. Notes of strawberry, raspberry, violet, wet stones, and a touch of bell pepper burst from the glass in this wine, which is a must for any lover of Cabernet Franc! Drink or hold for 5+ years.
