(12/2025) Throwback Champagne Alert! Cuperly's prestigious blend here harnesses exclusively Grand Cru designated vineyards, both in the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs. You feel the 70% Pinot Noir in this deeply colored blend, yielding steeped red apple peels and strawberry, it's 30% Chardonnay contributing balancing tension, mature yellow apple, iodine and white florals. A heaping helping of reserve wine aged in barrels, and 48 months on lees increase the depth, maturity and roundness without being overly reliant on dosage, which is a well-balanced 6 g/l. A good autolytic base harmonizes toast and roast hazelnuts and baked pear pastires. Delicious Champagne that stands on its own!
