(12/2023) This dry, mineral-laden white is from 100% Chenin Blanc, grown and vinified organically by young vigneron Florian Le Capitaine. Very clean, with classic Vouvray flavors of slightly bruised apple, spring flowers, chalky minerals and barely a wisp of botrytis - this is high-toned, tangy tension. Delicious!
