Grown in the south of Normandy with biodynamic methods, and organic-certified, his dry-farmed trees grow on red schist and granit soil, and are hand-harvested at optimum ripeness, Eric Bordelet crafts this juice with the same heirloom fruit used in his acclaimed apple ciders. Intense fruit aromas are balanced by tart acidity and a fine sparkling texture.
