Winemaker's Notes

Morar, the Amarone, after four years of refinement in wooden barrels and at least two in bottles, is sold only when it is ready to be an authentic emotional experience. Our Amarone boasts a dry and refined style, is balanced on the nose and round on the palate. Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella are hand-harvested around the end of September and beginning of October. Dried berry aging stops with vinification during early-January.
