(8/24/2023) The Voerzio Martini 2019 Barolo La Serra reveals a dark garnet color and a medium-rich concentration consistent with vines on calcareous clay soils. The bouquet displays rose petal, cassis, redwood and subtle aromas of dusty mineral or rust. This is a young wine that still shows rigidity on the palate with firm tannins and balanced freshness. There's no reason to think this wine won't age gracefully. Drink Date: 2025 - 2040.

(4/30/2024) This red strings together bright cherry, raspberry, currant, floral, spice and mineral aromas and flavors on an elegant frame. Firm yet harmonious, with a lingering, succulent aftertaste. Shows fine potential. Best from 2027 through 2046. 500 cases made, 112 cases imported.
