(4/2025) As with every bottle of Bedrock white that we've featured, this Sauvignon Blanc is excellent! Highly expressive, revealing a range of citrus, orchard, and stone fruits as a result of different clonal material and vinifcation vessels. This textured, taut offering is simply delicious. Wonderful by itself, as a welcome to guests, or paired with a range of spring and summer dishes.

(7/2/2025) Made entirely from the more perfumed musqué clone of Sauvignon Blanc and partially aged in cigar barrels, the 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is a bright silver straw hue and offers a refreshing lift in its notes of quince, white peach, salted grapefruit, and lime cordial. Medium-bodied, it has a lovely, even feel with a refreshing, even finish. Drink it over the next several years. Maturity: 2025 - 2028
