(8/6/2024) The pale silver/straw 2021 Chardonnay Cuvee Constantin has a lovely nose of wet stone, light flint and toast, quince, starfruit, and fresh flowers. Medium-bodied, elegant, and refreshing, it has a weightless feel, a good deal of length, and delicate lime notes throughout. A very pretty wine, it’s fantastic now, and it should drink well over the next 5-7 years.
