Vin Chicago: 91 Points

(3/4/2025) A rare white wine from Burgundy winemaker Nicolas Rossignol, this Aligoté is a well-balanced delight! Using only native yeasts, the wine is fermented and aged in 600L neutral French oak barrels. The nose is fresh and round, while on the palate, we found crisp, citrusy notes with a stony minerality. The wine finishes crisply with bright acidity. This beauty will pair wonderfully with shellfish, seafood, and soft goat cheeses, and it's also delicious on its own.
