(2/2026) Racy, refreshing and refined - if the higher ABVs of recent harvests have you down - we haven't seen a Saint-Emilion at 13.0% ABV in a little while! With that comes an appetizing, high-acidity, medium-bodied frame that is lovely at the dinner table. The approximate blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc delivers a classic red-fruited and tapered taste, with notes of fresh red plum, black cherry, tobacco, red bell pepper and violets. Decant for service with simply prepared grilled bone-in pork chops or filet.
