(8/1/2022) The 2021er Zeltinger Schlossberg Riesling Spätlese was fermented down to barely sweet levels of residual sugar. Fresh and floral elements quickly give way to slightly richer yet very clean and gorgeous notes of yellow peach, blueberry, cassis, mint, sage, and flint stone. The wine proves playful and juicy on the almost smooth and delicately refined palate. The finish is light-weighted and driven by fine zesty elements. Drink: 2028-2041.
