Only 550 cases were produced, and while it goes for $150 at the third-generation family-run winery - this price is bonkers! Sleek and light on its feet for 15% ABV, we think this is only going to grow in the bottle, but it's already great. Enlivening notes of wild brambleberry, sage, fresh black cherry, scrubland and subtle oak toast are great with a steak at home. You'll feel like you're at the French Laundry, without being taken to the cleaners!
