(9/2024) Jenny Wagner crafts this crisp, dry, easy-drinking Sauvignon Blanc from grapes across three Californian counties: Solano, Lake and Napa. It's a fresh, energetic expression with no over-exuberant herbal notes common with this grape. Offering a low 12.5% ABV and notes of green apple, white cranberry, elderflower, lemon and candied lime, river stone, white peach pit and snap pea, it's broadly appealing. Don't overthink it, and have fun pairing it with asparagus, light seafood, green salads and Thai Crab Fried Rice.
