(4/1/2024) Very concentrated and firmly structured, this wine is built for aging. Deep, dark black cherries, black currants and blackberries are shaded by star anise, espresso crema and clove accents as sandy, supportive tannins lend a firm backbone. Made from half Rutherford and half Howell Mountain grapes. Best from 2028–2040.
