(11/2024) The 2022 Berceau des Fees continues Tessa LaRoche's streak of making outstanding Chenins! This is her young-vine Chenin Blanc and it is fresh, zippy, and just an absolute pleasure to drink. This biodynamic wine is fermented with native yeasts and aged in stainless steel. The wine has classic Chenin notes of green apple, white flowers, and crisp minerality - Tessa calls this a 'crystalline wine;' it's a versatile wine that pairs well with so many things but it's also delicious on its own!
