(11/2024) Jean-Michel Petit has crafted a lovely Blanc de Blancs Cremant du Jura that sings with fresh apple, light citrus, and toasty notes with a mineral, saline finish. This is an elegant 100% Chardonnay sparkler that is fabulous on its own but will also pair wonderfully with cheeses, white fish and meat dishes, and, of course, fried foods!
