(3/2025) We were thrilled when we tasted this crisp, delicious white blend from Filipa Pato (daughter of the famed Luis Pato)! It's incredibly challenging to find biodynamic wines of this caliber in this price range, and this one over-delivers. A blend of local native grapes, Bical and Arinto, the wine starts with notes of fresh white peach and white flowers and finishes with lemon zest and a hint of Atlantic-influenced salinity. The fruit-acid balance is lovely here, and the wine will drink beautifully on its own or with a variety of seafood dishes and cheeses.
