(7/2026) Joy Kull left New York City for Lazio in 2013 and popped the corks on her first vintage in 2016. This white-leaning-toward-orange wine is made from 100% Procanico grapes. The juice sees around a week of maceration which gives the wine some savoriness and tannin and balances the hint of volatile acidity. Enjoy this on its own or with summer and fall salads, white fish, or cheeses.
