(5/2024) Yellow apple, mint leaf and wet stone form an inviting bouquet as the 2023 Pinot Gris Estate opens in the glass. It opens with a pretty inner sweetness and hints of candied citrus, further complicated by tactile mineral tones and tart orchard fruits. This finishes crisp and mouthwatering, leaving behind a sour green apple resonance. Drinking Window: 2024 - 2027.
