Vin Chicago: 90 Points

(08/2026) Weissburgunder is the German name for Pinot Blanc and as should be expected we find a fresh and vibrant nose with aromas of green apple, white flowers, lime and ripe pear. The palate is equally bright and refreshing with crisp citrus and orchard fruit alongside a stony minerality. Light but with plenty of character, this is clean, zesty and very drinkable (as a 1 liter bottle should be!). Pair with German sausages, grilled chicken or fresh seafood.
