(12/2024) Using Roserock estate grapes as its basis, the Drouhins really nailed it with the 2023 Cloudline. Pouring a deep ruby color with deep, juicy aromas of black cherry, black raspberry, and florals, there's an impressive density here which belies the price. Presenting tones of wild red berries, black cherry compote, and baking spice along with a classic Burgundian minerality, it finishes long - with grit and soul. This is the best Burgundy-style Pinot Noir value made in America right now.
