(11/2024) This classic expression of Vouvray comes from Jean-Michel Gautier, a small Loire vigneron whose Domaine de la Racauderie dates back to 1669! This taut, mineral-themed dry Chenin Blanc comes from 25+-year-old vines growing in chalk and limestone, and it joyfully offers ripe orchard and citrus fruits with hints of honey, white stones, and herbs. It's very versatile at the table, especially with spicy dishes or cheeses, and it's easy to love.
