(08/2026) It’s clear why this wine was named ‘Elektrisch’ thanks to the wonderful energy and zippiness that it provides. Notes of green apple, lime, lemon zest and peach merge with a stony minerality and a touch of sweetness. The crackling acidity really brings the wine to life, perfectly balancing the fruit and modest sugar levels. A great wine for food, pair with sushi, thai or pork schnitzel.
