(11/2024) This might be the first ever Riesling Pet-Nat sourced from two of Austria's best Premier Cru Vineyards! The granitic/schist soiled sites of Pfaffenberg and Kögl, from parcels owned by Solomon Undhof, lend to a slightly sparkly gem, with enough cloudiness and subtle funk to get the natty kids fired up and enough old-school minerality and Riesling filigree to appeal to traditionalists. We love this: tangy, fresh, zippy, and super tasty!
