(12/2025) This is a scrumptious Champagne with an off-the-charts price/quality ratio! 100% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, the wine is aged a whopping 69 months on the lees. This works marvelously as a Brut; there's a delicious balance of peach, green apple, Bosc pear, dried mango, bright lemon zest and a hint of pepper with a backbone of chalky minerality.
