(12/14/2023) Disgorged in May 2022 without dosage, Dehours's 2015 Millésime is a small cuvée, amounting to only some 3,000 bottles, but it has turned out beautifully. Wafting from the glass with aromas of pear, mint, white flowers and blanched almonds, it's medium to full-bodied, racy and chiseled, with terrific depth at the core, tangy acids and chalky structuring extract. Produced every year from the estate's best lots, its composition naturally varies from one vintage to the next. Drink Date: 2023 - 2035.
