(10/2021) The 2020 Chablis Fourchaume 1er Cru comes from 70-year-old vines in the heart of the climat. It has a crisp, apple blossom and kiwi fruit bouquet, wet limestone scents emerging with time. The palate is well balanced with a spicy entry, quite peppery for a Fourchaume, and delivers good intensity on the finish. Give this 2-3 years in bottle.
